Digital Advertising Manager is responsible for executing fast-paced advertising campaigns for our political clients. This role is focused on paid social, video, and search. The Manager will take time to implement engaging and device specific creative, with emphasis on data-driven targeting, trafficking, and optimization. The Manager will be responsible for planning and managing paid digital execution, targeting, trafficking, placing pixels, bid and budget strategy, data-collection, performance analysis, heavy use of ‘direct response’ optimization return on ad spend optimization, and regular report creation.

Politics is a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for passionate staff who want to create change or make a difference. maintains an unstructured office environment (remote OK) with no set office hours because political client demands can pop up at any time and we expect staff to pitch in when timely client needs pop up. Organized planners & staff with experience working in campaigns or other rapid response environments tend to perform better in this sometimes high stress environment. Despite the sometimes unpredictable nature of political campaigns, our work is seasonal and offers flexible work hours.
